2. VAT

Jordane Sanson trades under the French small business VAT exemption of article 293 B of the Code général des impôts, so no VAT appears on its own invoices.

That has no effect on what you pay. Your AITerm subscription is sold by Stripe as merchant of record: Stripe calculates, collects and remits the VAT, GST or sales tax due in your country, and the receipt Stripe sends you shows exactly what was charged. See section 4.

3. Hosting

The site, the download files and the API endpoints behind the app run on Vercel.

Host
Vercel Inc.
Address
440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States
Website
vercel.com

Stored data (licence records, contact messages, trial anchors) sits in Vercel Blob private storage. The privacy policy lists every processor and what each one sees.

4. Who sells the subscription

The AITerm subscription is sold through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe is the merchant of record, which means Stripe is the legal seller of the subscription to you: Stripe takes the payment, owns the tax compliance, issues the receipt and handles payment disputes.

What comes from us is the software itself and the licence to use it, covered by the terms of service. Cancellations, refunds and billing questions are covered by the refund and cancellation policy.

Card numbers never reach our servers. The checkout runs on Stripe's own pages.

5. Intellectual property

The AITerm application, its source code, its interface, the AITerm name and logo, the texts, screenshots and illustrations on this site are the property of Jordane Sanson and are protected by French and international copyright law.

Buying a subscription buys a right to use the software under the terms of service. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

Third-party names quoted on this site (Claude Code, Codex, macOS, GitHub, Hacker News, YouTube and others) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. AITerm is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

6. Content and links

We try to keep this site accurate, including the performance numbers and the size of the app. Figures measured on our machines are labelled as such. Errors happen: if you spot one, write to hello@aiterm.app and it gets fixed.

Outbound links point to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or their own policies.

7. Reporting illegal content

To report content on this site that you believe is illegal, or a copyright infringement, email hello@aiterm.app with the exact URL, a description of the problem and your contact details. Notices are reviewed and answered.

8. Unsolicited email

AITerm, aiterm.app and every domain we own (including try-aiterm.com and get-aiterm.com) must never be advertised through unsolicited bulk email, whether by us, by a contractor or by any third party. There is no affiliate program.

Any email we send is one-to-one, addressed to a named professional in a business context, identifies the sender with a real name, a postal address and a phone number, and includes a simple way to decline further messages. A request not to be contacted is honoured immediately and permanently.

We never buy, rent or scrape consumer email lists, and we validate addresses before use. Mail leaves only through authenticated Google Workspace mailboxes with SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place.

Abuse reports go to hello@aiterm.app and are answered by the publisher himself.

9. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Nothing here removes the mandatory protections you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
